Is 32 bit JAVA IBM package for s390x 64 bit system available ?

Trying to run 31-bit
JAVA IBMpackage on RHEL 6.3 (64-bit s390x kernel) on System z but package is failing (simple version command). -
Tried various versions but all fail with basic version command.

These packages run on RHEL 6.1 system.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.3 (s390x)
- JAVA IBM package 32 bit
