Missing "Red Hat Access" menu in JBoss ON UI

Issue

  • Missing Red Hat Access menu on the top right of the JBoss ON UI;
  • Not able to Open Support Case from the inventory menu for EAP and EAP layered servers;

Environment

  • Red Hat JBoss Operations Network (ON) 3.3.6, 3.3.7
  • Navigate to JBoss ON UI and check the top right corner for Red Hat Access menu;
