fcoe-target init script does not wait for FCoE interfaces to initialize
Issue
- fcoe-target init script does not wait for FCoE interfaces to initialize
- When configuring a system as a FCoE target, the configuration fails to load at boot because the 'fcoe-target' init script does not verify that the FCoE interfaces are up.
