Deploy WebsphereMQ IVT in JBoss EAP 6/7

Issue

We have successfully deployed the WebSphereMQ JCA RA by following the instructions in the Administration and Configuration Guide For Use with JBoss Enterprise Application Platform 6 Edition 2 - Chap 17.6 Deploy the WebSphere MQ Resource Adapter. However, now we are trying to deploy the IVT application to verify our configuration and the application is not working as expected.
