Very large disks are not being recognised on a Windows 2008 KVM guest using virtio block drivers.
Issue
A very large (3TB) drive that worked correctly when attached to a Xen DomU guest running Windows 2008 is no longer being recognised when connected to a KVM guest running Windows 2008 with virtio-blk drivers.
