Are there any options for Autofs to failover to secondary LDAP servers quickly?

Issue

• Autofs takes long time to switch to secondary ldap servers if the primary fails.
• automount (autofs) continues asking ldap maps to the server that is down. Only if the timeout is reached the request switch to the second server on the list but it typically takes from 2 up to 10 minutes.
• These options are already set in /etc/ldap.conf with a low value -
