locales are not updated with glibc reinstall in RHEL 7.3
Issue
- The
yum reinstall glibc-commoncommand stopped working in RHEL 7.3 to update the list of installed locales. - When updating a rhel 7.2 container to 7.3, the update of
glibcandglibc-commoncauses the locales to become unusable.
