Issue

NIS password aging is not working with a Red Hat Enterprise Linux clients against a HP-UX NIS Server. Password aging is working with HP-UX and Solaris clients.
We have NIS environment with password aging setup for each account (NIS server is HPUX 11.0 without secure password facility, and use /bin/passwd -x accountname to define user password age)

# ypcat passwd |grep pcuser
pcuser:GxF6NRoyblqO6,O.IU:8937:39:D300,PCUSER,SA,SystemAdmin,:/home/users/pcuser:/bin/sh
