Emails sent to Satellite users have a "%{satellite_url}" variable that is not replaced with the Satellite's URL
Issue
- Emails sent out to users (new user creations, reports) have the variable "%{satellite_url}" in the content, an example below:
Subject: [satellite] Welcome to Satellite
Your Satellite user account has been created:
Username: san
Please login to %{satellite_url} to change your password
