RHV for Power: Virtual Machine fails to start with "failed to allocate KVM HPT"
Issue
- Virtual Machine fails to start with memory related error
- Host has plenty of free memory
- Following error is shown in RHV Administration Portal:
qemu-kvm: Failed to allocate KVM HPT of order 33 (try smaller maxmem?): Cannot allocate memory
