How do I remove Swift containers support from Horizon dashboard ?

Issue

• Noticed that Swift containers are enabled by default after deployment using disk space on the controllers. I want to disable this and remove it from Horizon
• Want to remove the ability for tenants to use the object store that seems to be installed by default in OSP9. The problem is that the object
  store is provisioned on the Controller nodes and tenants will use this as they have the option by default to create containers in the object
  store in Horizon. This will break our controllers as they do no have very much disk space.
• How to remove Object Storage tab from Horizon ?
