Ceph - Rados GW startup fails with error (34) Numerical result out of range

Issue

• We're seeing the following error when trying to install Rados GW:

• Depending on the debug settings the error message also might look like this:

• Rados GW also fails to create the pools automatically, even if it has MON rw permissions.
