[Satellite6] katello-agent losing connections to qdrouterd that often takes high CPU

Issue

  • many katello agents (goferd processes) failing to (re)connect to Satellite/Capsule
  • timeouts seen on SatelliteCapsule connections between qdrouterd processes
  • no firewall or SSL problems or so
  • qdrouterd process assuming to accept the connections is often taking high CPU usage and sometimes have plenty of TCP connections in CLOSE_WAIT state for many seconds

Environment

  • Red Hat Satellite or Proxy
    • qpid-dispatch-router version 0.4-20 (older versions expected to be affected the same)
