kdump is not working on MRG-RT on EFI systems
Issue
When using the MRG-RT on a system with EFI, kdump does not work.
When the system hangs, rather than crash, the system freezes with no information on the console. Manual reboot is required, and vmcore is not collected.

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 (RHEL6)
- Red Hat Enterprise MRG Realtime (MRG-RT)
