How to prevent ntp/chrony clock adjustments originating from NTP/chrony while having Mixing Time Protocols?

Issue

System is running PTP or other network time protocols. Still how to run ntp/chrony just to log the data and for monitoring purposes? NTP/chrony should not make any corrections in clock.
