Why importing VMs from storage domain is failing with error "storage domain does not contain VM Template"

Issue

• A data storage domain was detached from an environment and attached to a new environment. However importing VMs are failing with error Cannot import VM. The selected Storage Domain does not contain the VM Template
• The VMs which are not able to import are built from template which don't have any disks.
