How to roll back if rhevm-upgrade fails when upgrading 3.0 to 3.1.z
Issue
- When the
rhevm-upgradeprocess fails after updating packages but before completion, it can leave the system in an unstable state. Runningrhevm-upgradeagain does nothing since the packages have already been updated.

- Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager (RHEV-M) 3.0 & 3.1.z
