Console doesn't prompt the LUKS passphrase after installation

Issue

RHEL 7 was successfully installed on an LPAR using one or more LUKS encrypted partitions. The system is rebooted.
You cannot see expected prompt order to enter the passphrase in the Operating System Messages console.

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux(RHEL) 7.x
  • S390X
