Enable paging in all lists
Issue
- Currently the Foreman part has paging. The Katello part has infinite scrolling.
- The infinite scrolling is a poor user-experience to jump to e.g. contenthost 300 out of 400.
- With a page size of 50 6 times scrolling to the end and wait for the loading of the additional contenthosts is needed.
- With a paging a user could jump directly to page 6 and start browsing from there.
