How can I login to a remote ftp server without having to type in my login name as part of the login?
Issue
- How can I login to a remote ftp server, authenticating with Kerberos, without having to type in my login name as part of the login?
- How can I login to a remote ftp server without having to type in my login name as part of the login?
- When trying to login via FTP I can authenticate via kerberos. While this works, how can I prevent having to type in the username at the following prompt?
$ ftp ftpserver.iparealm.org
Connected to ftpserver.iparealm.org.
220 ftpserver.iparealm.org FTP server (Version 5.60) ready.
