RHV: Paused VM is not migrated when Hypervisor goes Non Operational
Issue
- Host in Non-Operational State
- Virtual Machine was Paused due to IO Error
- Virtual Machine is not automatically migrated to an Operational Host
- Virtual Machine fails to migrate manually too.
- HA Virtual Machine is Paused and will not run.
Environment
- Red Hat Virtualization 3.x, 4.0
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 or 7 Hosts
