No timeout when performing a RMI call to a JBoss EAP 4.3.0

Issue

  • When doing a RMI call from EAP6.x to EAP 4.3.0 there is no connection timeout. This results in hanging threads and full EJB pool when there is a problem at the JBoss EAP 4.3.0 side.
