How to load Federated Engine in mysql server on RHEL-6?
Issue
- We need to enable federated storage engine in mysql server on RHEL-6.3. We have added following option in my.cnf but it's not working.
Eg:
# cat /etc/cnf
[mysqld]
federated
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
- mysql-5.1.66-1.el6_3.x86_64
- Federated Engine
