RHEL7: System crash due bad dst entry

Issue

Over unknown conditions machine crashes and then restarts
multiple crashes occur with different back traces but all seem to be related to bad dst entries cached in sk->sk_dst_cache.

Environment

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
TCP
- not limited to but especially short lived TCP connections like for haproxy
ICMP routing redirects
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 is not affected.
