How to stop a network connector from the SSH console?

Issue

We know how to stop a network connector of a broker container via the web console.
However, our operation procedures are strictly scoped to the SSH console (so as to provide copy-paste instructions rather than click here and there instructions).
Given a broker container managed in Fabric, what would be the minimal instructions in the SSH console to list its network connectors, then selectively stop some of them? Is there please a simple command to check the network connector status？
