Custom service dialogue default values do not save in cfme-5.6.2.1

Issue

• After applying the CloudForms 4.1.2 cfme-5.6.2.1 update, service dialogues reverted to initial default values, from the custom defaults that were set.
• Changing them back was attempted, however the changes are not persistent. Saving does not seem to work.
