Add a non-default level 2 cache for specific entity hierarchies in EAP
Issue
- Some entity hierarchies need different cache regions with smaller or larger cache sizes than the default
- Some entity hierarchies require a unique cache configuration (different from other entity hierarchies)

- Hibernate 5
- Infinispan 8
