CloudForms vm.ems_custom_set() is not working

Issue

• I'm trying to set vCenter custom attributes on a VMware VM using the ems_custom_set() function and it doesn't appear to be working. In previous versions of vCenter we were able to call vm.ems_custom_set(key, value) and this would in turn set a Custom Attribute on the VM object within vCenter.
