Fabric8 gateway does not route ?wsdl URI
Issue
Requests of this form, made on a CXF service via the HTTP gateway, work:
http://gateway:9000/cxf/myservice/mydata
But requests of this form are not routed, and return a "Bad gateway" error to clients:
http://gateway:9000/cxf/myservice?wsdl
