How to use Digital Watermark in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 ?

- Any solution to implement digital watermarking on RHEL6 for both GNOME and KDE?
- The watermark example
user nameshould be displayed on all screens, web pages or pages opened by user with any application so that if any one takephotos/screen shotsof the monitor watermark should be there in the photo or screen shot.
