Unable to save Kibana Dashboard if Elasticsearch is configured behind proxy

Issue

• Following the documentation to configure Red Hat Operational Tools to install Kibana and Elasticsearch, while saving Kibana dashboard, following error is encountered:

<p>The requested method PUT is not allowed for the URL /kibana-int/dashboard/test.</p>

Ultimately, the dashboard is not saved.
