Frequest system hang without any high cpu/memory load

Issue

• Noticed frequent system hang without any high cpu/memory load.
• ssh connections are hanging after credential verification. Sometimes ssh session will work after few attempts. On one of the ssh session opened during issue, commands like useradd and userdel took much time to finish the execution. But noticed no lag in ls,date commands execution.
