ActiveMQ Message Ordering With Transacted Sessions and CACHE_NONE

Issue

If one is using a transacted JMS session in combination with a prefetch value greater than 0 and cache level name of CACHE_NONE, then message ordering for the JMS consumer is not guaranteed.
