Not able to delete the raw image when using ceph as backend

Issue

• Not able to delete the raw image when using ceph as backend.
• Getting below error while trying to delete raw image when using ceph as backend
• Is there any configuration parameter which will remove parent/child and the avoid "Image flatten" by hand.
