How to use syslog in JBoss EAP 6 and 7
Issue
- We want to use syslog in JBoss EAP 6. What additional configurations are needed to achieve this?
- What is the recommended way to use EAP 6 and redirect logs to syslog?
- Problem formatting with Syslog Log4J appender
- Unable to send JBoss access logs to syslog. The configuration was done in JBoss EAP 7.2.9 but no events are displayed in
/var/logs/syslog, attached configuration file. Is it possible to send the logs to syslog in this version?
