Why do logical volume get fsck'd and mounted automatically when activated in RHEL 7?
Issue
- When activating or importing a logical volume after the system is running:
- the logical volume is automatically filesystem checked
- the logical volume is automatically mounted
- How to prevent systemd from performing automatic fsck and mounting of an LV when activated
