Issue

After updating rhv-h hypervisor, I can no longer migrate virtual guests:

libvirtError: operation failed: Failed to connect to remote libvirt URI qemu+tls://<hypervisor-ip>/system: unable to connect to server at '<hypervisor-ip>:16514': No route to host

rhvh-4.0-0.20160919.0 (RHV hypervisor)
