Get hosts ENC information through an API method

Issue

• Unable to get host ENC information using API calls in a reasonable time.
  There is not API https://satellite/hosts//externalNodes but in an API method, like https://satellite/api/v2/host//enc, both in JSON and YAML format.

• Getting this parameters list using API methods are not optimized :

  • one call to get host classes
  • iterate through classes to get their parameters
  • iterate through each class' parameters to get overrides
  • iterate through each class' parameters' override to calculate the right one for a given host
