RHEL5 8139cp driver crashes when run as KVM guest
Issue
During some KVM tests we have seen the following issue in 3 of 80 test run:
- when restart a virtual machine, it hangs when showing the hal daemon start messages
- 8139 driver tracebacks when running under KVM
- RHEL5 guest hangs after the log message "irq 11: nobody cared (try booting with the "irqpoll" option)".
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.8
- kernel 2.6.18-308.1.1.el5
