How can we download specific version of "elfutils-libelf-devel" and "libaio-devel" needed for Oracle 11gR2 upgrade ?

Issue

We are currently running RHEL5.6 x64 and trying to upgrade Oracle 10gR2 -> 11gR2...

Oracle support states that 11gR2 requires these exact rpm packages:
>> 3.Packages Required:
>>    elfutils-libelf-devel-0.125
>>    libaio-devel(x86_64)-0.3.106

The official RH repo seems to have slightly newer [minor] versions that are not compatible [see output below]... Where I can find supported rpms of the package versions I require for this Oracle upgrade ?
