Disconnected Satellite sync shows packages remaining: [unknown]

Issue

After refreshing subscription manifest after the GA of OSP8, the repositories are showing listed but while sync it gives error.

# katello-disconnected list' but when we run a sync we are getting 

403 permission denied errors from CDN
