Modifying the template for new projects
Issue
- I want to set quota for every new project created
- I tried to setup quotas for each new project and ran into problems
- Project Setting displays the following error under "Resource type":
Status has not been reported on this quota usage record. Any resources limited by this quota record can not be allocated.

- OpenShift Container Platform 3.X
