Live migration of an instance in OpenStack fails due to cinder volume attached multiple times
Issue
When I try to live migrate one instance, one cinder disk attached multiple times nova prevent the operation, that fails with error:
File "/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/nova/virt/libvirt/driver.py", line 1059, in _get_volume_driver
driver_type = connection_info.get('driver_volume_type')
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'get'
Environment
- Red Hat OpenStack Platform 7.0 (Liberty)
