Browsing Hawtio GUI via Gateway-HTTP profile.

Issue

• We are running a Fuse Fabric environment (standalone/1 registry server). To enable hawtio, we add the "hawtio" profile to the root container, and we can connect to hawtio console. Every few days the hawtio console is unavailable. I check via HTTP gateway and I can see nothing on /hawtio path is listed as up. To fix it I stop and start the hawtio-web bundle. After that hawtio console comes back online.
