Subscription Asset Manager crashing with Out of Memory errors

Issue

• Clicking on the "Subcriptions" link in the Organization Tab in Subscription Asset Manager, crashes with an Out of Memory error
• Happens everytime the link is clicked
• Alternatively, the Subscription Asset Manager server is very slow to take more than about 10 registrations simultaneously.
• Out of memory error message as seen in /var/log/messages:
