Changing default error pages on JBoss/Tomcat

Issue

• The default 404 and 500 error pages also leak too much information according to our PCI auditors.  The 404 page returns, for instance "JBossWeb/2.0.0.GA_CP" and the 500 error page provides a stack trace.  How can those be remediated?
