Why does RHV-M web UI run slow?
Issue
The Red Hat Virtualization Manager (RHV-M) runs slow. The following can bee seen:
* The events created by user (mouse clicks, key press, ... ) take long time before the events are reflected by the UI.
* The Internet browser consume high amount of CPU and memory resources.
* The internet browser reports long running non responding java scripts
