RHEL7: NIC cannot start after reboot. Manually typing systemctl start network after login can initialize network
Issue
- Network service fails to bring up the ethX.
- RHEL72 guest on Microsoft HyperV Platform
- If network service restarted after system reboot, ethX device works fine
Environment
- Red Hat Linux 7.2
