Logging filtering results summary without debug logging enabled when Nova scheduler returns 'No valid host found'

Issue

At present, when the Nova filter scheduler is unable to find a suitable host, the error No valid host was found. There are not enough hosts available is returned. Nova scheduler logs do not provide detailed information about the filter scheduler sequence which lead to that conclusion, without debug logging being enabled.

  • Red Hat OpenStack Platform.
  • Nova.
