Selecting Channels tab from satellite WebUI fails with Internal Server Error (ISE)

Issue

Clicking on Channels tab in the WebGUI gives  Internal Server Error.

        at com.redhat.rhn.common.db.datasource.ModeFactory.getSelectMode(ModeFactory.java:86)

        at com.redhat.rhn.common.db.datasource.ModeFactory.getMode(ModeFactory.java:100)
